Let me first say that you ALL ARE AMAZING! Several of you stepped out of a box and right on top of it by putting in this application. Many others, have shot with me already, and some who have been wanting to shoot with me – which is very, very humbling. That said, models with developed portfolios at the time of application and who have not yet shot with me, I will be contacting you – so please watch your email, facebook, or txt messages.

I ended up with over 15 beautiful women putting in their applications for the chance at FEMME. Several of them are close friends and that in turn forced me to bring on a crew of other professional boudoir photographers who are not local to Arkansas to help aide in this difficult decision to choose only three of the ladies, however, I’m bumping it to four because of the difficulty. The ladies who graciously helped me had nothing else to go on other than what you wrote on your applications and the pictures. They looked at many things for instance if the directions were followed, the presentation of speech, etc. – a lot of different ‘things’ went into this decision. Please, please remember that this was a panel of opinions highly based upon WHAT YOU WROTE – not what you look like. I’m not concerned about anyones looks or bodies because I am extremely confident in my work to make any woman feel and look incredible at her session.

Homme is NOT boudoir for dudes. My vision is for the gents to be able to have a GREAT portrait to give to their special ladies, but not in a bedroom setting. These sessions are taken in a gym, outdoors, or downtown for example. They are editorial in nature, and incorporate fashion and fitness. Think Abercrombie, A|X or Hollister. Men’s Fitness, J.Crew and the Gap editorial campaigns. My typical client will likely be guys who are married have a couple puppies running around, or younger models building modeling portfolios. It’s def a wide age range.

I just know that I would LOVE a great session of my sexy man, for my friends to swoon over!

I’ve added a lingerie line! Best part is that eventually I’ll have pieces available for use IN STUDIO for my clients, and it’s all for sale (new of course), before AND after your session. Keep that sexy going ALL YEAR ROUND and you won’t break the bank doing so!  In fact, the second best part is that I’ve been contacting manufacturers for months and months now.  I’ve been planning and researching this for over 8 months… crazy huh! But I wanted it to be PERFECT and I’ve finally found someone who’ll be so fantastic to work with and in EVERYONES budget and sizes!  Most of the lingerie pieces are about 1/2 the price of Victoria Secrets – who, don’t get me wrong… I LOVE ME SOME VICKIES. But I’m also very restricted on my spending there (darn husbands). LOL So I looked for a line that I like, but YOU’LL LOVE!
As soon as my very large order is in, I’ll have lingerie available in studio. Otherwise, upon booking your session and paying the retainer, you’ll gain access to my EIGHT very heavy catalogs filled with all sorts of sexy to fit each and everyone’s needs, desires, SIZES, and budget. The Face of Femme & Homme is officially underway. I am SO EXCITED! Not only for Pretty Jane, but also for the participants as they partake on an adventure of fun, beauty, masculinity (for the guys), and finding themselves! Maybe you’ve always wanted to be a model? Well here’s your chance! You don’t need any experience or any professional pictures take to participate – that’s MY job. I just need to see what you look like in order to choose some finalists.

Here’s The Scoop

• I’m looking for men and women between the ages of 18/hs graduate and 65 years old.
• Having an outgoing, social personality that allows you to speak with potential clients about something you truly believe in is necessary.
• You absolutely need to be comfortable in your skin, no matter your size or age, flaws and all.
• Every model that is chosen will sign a model release for promotional use of the images.
• To be considered, models should live within 75 miles radius of Little Rock.
• Are you a dedicated individual who likes to socialize and share your opinions about new and exciting ideas?

What You Get

When you become the Face of Femme/Homme, you will receive a minimum of 3 complimentary sessions.  During your sessions we will be attempting new looks, alternate sets, new and dynamic lighting ideas that will be used in representing Pretty Jane Boudoir.  I will provide you with promotional items including but not limited to Rep Cards which will be valuable to promote this line of boudoir.  Some examples of who to contact and give those promotional items to are clients who are interested in a session as a gift or for themselves, talent agents, or any individual who will be good for networking.  You can hand them out to whomever really, and when you need more, just let me know!  For every person who comes to Jane and books a session, you will get a $50 credit and at the end of the year you’ll receive a beautiful album showcasing 25 of your favorite images from the sessions.  Top that with 40% off any and all products available this is a pretty sweet little arrangement!  Not to mention, your significant other will be happy all.year.long

How It Will Go Down

Applications will be accepted until February 14th, 2012 – Valentine’s Day!  From those entrants, I will be selecting my favorite three finalists for each Femme & Homme based on several different elements.  Those finalists will be announced on February 16th.  Finalists will need to be available for a 30 minute mini-test session on February 20th, a Monday, for the ladies; and on February 21st, a Tuesday, for the guys.  Random images from these six finalists will be made available for voting from February 23rd  (my birthday!) at 12pm thru the 29th at 12am.  Winners announced on March 1st on the Pretty Jane blog.

How To Enter

To enter, simply fill out the form below.  Attach 2 current images taken within the last 2 weeks at the bottom, one full length in a short sleeved shirt/tank top (shirtless for men is a-okay) and head-shot.  They don’t need to be fancy.  The images just need to be clear and without obstructions (no sunglasses, hats, etc.) even a cell phone image that is well lit will do.  All entrants receive a complimentary 5×7 when they book a session not related to the promotion.
